Human Rights Violations By Human Rights Advocates

KABUL: (MEP) Europe after World War II, has been one of the most important centers of international migrants and the center of attraction.

Immigration, particularly in the post-Cold War era, has changed into the European countries’ significant challenges and has led the effects of political, cultural, economic, social and wide international.

Immigration in its modern sense is tied with the world economy after the industrial revolution, is considered one of the most international phenomenon.

In past decades, many European countries have become the main destinations of international migration and the migrants have played a significant contribution in their cultural and economic.

Now, all Europe is considered the migrants’ destination, origin and crossing path.

Waves and departure of immigration in Europe have had numerous reasons.

The need to develop economic and demographic requirements of Europe on the one hand and poverty and economic inequality, political instability and social dynamics of the sending country to the other in shaping migration trends in these areas are effective.

Afghanistan is also among the countries which has more witnessed the departure of its citizens for more than four decades to the neighboring countries, Europe and the United States.

However, the growing trend of pouring numerous and incalculable foreign money in the post-Taliban period, has strengthened the expectation of return of a large number of citizens to the country. But two factors have important role in the recent flood of immigration.

Lack of necessary government management in creation of employment, security, economic prosperity, the elimination of violence against women and children and other factors, was the next encouraging immigration and on the other hand, open policy of European countries for the presence of immigrants is no longer the case.

European countries after the open policy, especially after a large number of asylum seekers from Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria, formed closed policy and created the refugee crisis.

The EU officials evaluated the problems of refugees as the largest refugee crisis since World War II. However, EU countries with different laws and policies so far have not been able to manage well the current crisis.

While some European politicians consider the current problems as the refugee crisis; but critics believe that most of these immigrants due to the “wrong policies” are not allowed to enter the European countries legally and are inevitably forced to seek asylum in these countries.

In open policy, the Swedish government announced its goal of rapid absorption of immigrants in the labor market and in this way with providing language training and familiarity with the country’s laws, tried to integrate immigrants into society and Germany that is goal of tens of thousands of immigrants from different countries, had guaranteed to provide lodging, clothing, food and treatment of asylum seekers; But due to the massive wave of immigrants, officials also faced with numerous problems and these privileges in the policy of “closed” dropped.

In the current situation of human rights in place (Europe) that their leaders, consider themselves the owners and human rights advocates, is in the form of dramatic time and the situation gets worse every day.

However, a number of officials, human rights advocates believe that the EU is responsible for “lax death” of asylum seekers.

To avoid this problem, the EU officials should provide the legal ways to refugees because the EU policy towards immigrants with the criteria of humanitarian does not match. Although EU officials against immigrants and asylum seekers in Europe are called to advance the policy, but in practice member states have different policies in this area.

Now, in order to tighten conditions for asylum seekers, Europe Union countries have raised and taken on the issue of “exchange of refugees”.

This approach in countries that support democracy and human rights, have followed harsh reactions of human rights organizations that on basis of this, the International Federation of Human Rights said, “ the exchange of immigrants, once again shows Europe’s full flippancy to dignity and rights of migrants. Europe and Turkey must bear in mind that they do not “exchange goods” but humans are concerned that some of them are in need of immediate protection? The mere fact that the Europe Union would be willing to tie settlement of the Syrian citizens in Turkey for the rehabilitation of others, it is sickening.”

This comes as a large number of asylum seekers en route to the host countries, lost their lives and those who have passed from Turkey, are living in bad non-human rights conditions and human rights advocates apply anti-human rights policies every day against them.

On the other hand, reports indicating child abuse without dealing with its perpetrators and this is one of the shocking cases of asylum crisis in addition to loss of children in European countries which have always stated democracy.

Missing of children implies that the leaders of European countries despite having large numbers of children that has the lower cost of living, tend to strengthen the manpower for their future, while the counties of refugee sending, particularly Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria from the human resources of future facing more serious challenges and this will follow the requires of future of the three countries to European counties, a goal that the European leaders are looking for.
