House Collapse in Kunar Leaves 12 Family Members Killed, Wounded
KABUL (MEP) – Twelve members of a family, including children and women, were killed and wounded as a result of a house collapse in Asmar district of Kunar province.
The incident took place on Tuesday, December 31, in Asmar District when the family members were asleep.
“Five children were killed and 7 people, including children and women, were wounded in the incident,” Kunar Governor Spokesman Abdul Ghani Musammam told MEP.
The injured were taken to the hospital, he said.
The house has collapsed due to oldness, Musammam further added.
