The blast occurred when the explosive materials placed in a motorbike detonated leaving all five injured, Mohammad Baqir, provincial police Chief said.
“A woman and the finical head of the provincial Independent Election Commission department are among the injured people,” he said.
The injured have soon transferred to the hospital and their health conditions are reported stable, according to sources from the hospital.
No group including the Taliban has immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
However, investigations are underway.
