Three people were killed and seven others were wounded as a result of a blast at a funeral ceremony in Dowlat Shah District of Laghman Province.
The incident happened around 10:30 today Monday, December 23, in Khas area of Dowlat Shah District, Laghman governor spokesman Asadullah Dolatzai told MEP.
“The blast occurred at the funeral ceremony of a local influential man, Abdul Sakhour, which left three people dead and seven injured,” he said.
No one or group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
