KABUL: (Middle East Press) Explosion in Jalalabad city capital of eastern Nangarhar Province left one civilian dead and injured four others.
The blast took place in front of Bibi Hawa high school around 01:30 PM Tuesday afternoon, Nangarhar Provincial Police Headquarters, Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal reported.
He said it was a magnetic bomb explosion which was attached to the vehicle of Angeza Shinwari, member of the Provincial Council of Nangarhar, adding that Angeza Shinwari is among the ones injured.
The ones wounded have been transported to Jalalabad Regional Hospital where two of them were announced to be in critical condition.
No group has so far claimed responsibility behind the attack.
