Eight-Affiliated To Daesh, Taliban Arrested In Nangarhar
MEP: The national directorate of security (NDS) arrested a group of eight people affiliated to the Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) terrorists and the armed Taliban in Jalalabad city, the capital of Nangarhar province.
Obaid-ul-rahman known as Badaam, son of Bahram responsible for the transfer of Daesh terrorists with three of his men have been arrested from the 2nd District of Jalalabad, a statement by NDS said Sunday.
The statement adds that the Badaam was responsible for transporting Daesh-affiliated terrorists from Jalalabad to Kot district.
Meanwhile, the statement notes of arresting another four members of the armed Taliban during planting mines, explosions and assassinations of tribal elders in the city.
According to the statement, the four detainees were belong to Amin al-Haq, a commander of the armed Taliban.
NDS says that Abdul Rezaq son of Malang, Sher Mohammad son of Abdul, Zia ul-Haq the son Hazrat Muhammad and Zakir known as Buzorg, son of Juma Khan are the people linked to the Taliban who have been arrested.
