Egyptian Foreign ministry also stressed the strategic importance of the Golan Heights, saying the territory is an integral part of Syria which sooner or later will be freed.
According to the statement, a comprehensive peace agreement would only be tangible by building a mutual understanding which can be only be achieved through the complete liberation of all Palestinian occupied lands.
