Deadly Explosion Hits Wedding Party in Kabul
KABUL (MEP): More than 50 people, including children and women, were killed and more than 120 were injured as a result of a deadly suicide attack at a wedding hall in the sixth police district (PD6) of Kabul city.
The incident took place at 10:40 pm last night targeting the Shahr-e-Dubai wedding hall in Bahador-Khan area in PD6, Kabul, Middle East Press reports.
Some sources have claimed, more than 50 people, including women and children were killed, and 120 were wounded.
Furthermore, officials have said the number of casualties are likely to change.
Interior Ministry spokesman Nusrat Rahimi says that at around 10:40 pm a suicide bomber targeted a wedding hall in western Kabul leaving casualties and injuries.
The armed Taliban condemning the attack, rejected responsibility of the incident.
