“Changiz” Detained in Kabul
KABUL (MEP) – National Security Forces arrested a four-man network of kidnappers and armed robbers led by Changis in Kabul.
The group has been arrested today Sunday, November 17, from Kabul city, said NDS in a newsletter.
Hamed, known to (Ghangiz and Haji,) son of Amir Shah, Matiullah known as (Qari) son of Rahmatullah, Sediqullah son of Amir Mohammed and Mohammad Ishaq son of Mohsen are members of the kidnappers group.
The National Directorate of Security says the group was one of the most dangerous networks in Kabul, involved in the killing of seven people and the death of 42 others. The group has stolen two hundred thousand Afghanis and four thousand dollars from the shopkeepers in PD6 and PD7, Kabul city.
