KABUL: (Middle East Press) Canada has announced in its most recent media reports that its nation has canceled the trip of the president Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah, Chief executive Director to Canada.

The CP 24 quoted that president Ghani and chief executive had been invited to Canada and their trip were canceled due to accompanying of many people in the delegation.

The leaders of the national unity government were supposed to visit Canada as they had trip to America in March but the presence of some 75 leaders accompanying the delegation caused the cancelation of the trip.

Although a spokesman for the Prime Minister of Canada Government denies reports about the cancellation of the leaders’ trip but the presidential palace has accepted it and has titled its reason as the involvement of Canada’s government in election issues.

President Ghani had frequent trips to the neighboring and foreign countries in the first few months of formation of a national unity government and his last trip was to Washington along with chief executive.
