Boy And Girl Murdered Over Relationship Issues In Faryab
MEP: A young girl and a boy were murdered in Qaisar district of Faryab province, for the crime of having a relationship together, an official said Sunday.
Abdul Karim Youresh, Faryab police spokesman told the Middle East Press, the two residents of Qaisar district were killed by one of relatives of the girl in Kohi village.
So far, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident, but an investigation by intelligence and security organs started in this field, said Youresh.
Meanwhile, officials in Faryab provincial office of the Human Rights Commission expressed concern about this matter, seeking clarification of the main reasons for the killing of both girl and boy.
This comes as a short while ago, a girl and a young boy guilty of loving each other in Dawlat Abad district were shot dead.
