Bin Laden’s Son Banned from Going to Iraq

The Central Bank of Iraq, meanwhile freezing Osama bin Laden’s assets, added him to the list of sanctions against al-Qaeda and ISIL terrorist groups.

According to Middle East Press; Hamza Osama Mohammad Bin Laden, son of a former AQ leader, who is Saudi Arabia’s citizen, is banned from traveling to Iraq and his finance in the country banks will be frozen on charges of terrorism.

The Committee for Blocking Terrorists Assets in the Anti-Terrorism and Money-Laundering office of the Central Bank of Iraq has asked all ministries and related agencies of the country, provinces, provincial councils, financial and non-financial institutions and relevant agencies to take necessary steps on blocking Hamza Bin ladens assets.

It is worth mentioning that the United States had already offered a reward of up to $1 million for information leading to the hidden location of the son of Osama bin Laden.
