ANP Foils Two IED Attacks in Khost

KABUL (MEP) – Afghan National Police (ANP) detected two roadside bombs in the vicinity of the Musa Khil district of Khost.

These two roadside bombs were discovered and defused by ANP last night.

Ministry of Interior Affairs released a newsletter saying, two explosion attacks were foiled in Musa Khil district after the mines were defused.

The Interior Ministry said the mines were embedded by the armed Taliban.

The armed Taliban have not commented on this yet.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior has announced the discovery of 14 Kalashnikov weapons from the Wardak province, saying that the weapons were being transported in a vehicle to Samangan province.
