The value of the Afghan currency against foreign currencies was almost constant over the past week, and no action has been taken to increase it by the Central Bank.

According to the economic reports of Middle East Press, after a week-long holiday for Loya Jirga in Kabul, the value of the Afghan currency faced much downturn.

The value of USD reached to 78 AFN in Kabul markets and today (Saturday, May 11) it is equal to 78.15 AFN the same as last week.

However, before the holidays of Loya Jirga $1 was equal to 77.60 AFN.

The AFN exchange rate to other foreign currencies are as follows:

One dollar equals to 78.15 Afghanis

One Euro equals to 87.50 Afghanis

One UK Pound equals to 100.50 Afghanis.

One Saudi Rial equals to 20.65 Afghanis

One UAE Dirham equals to 21.20 Afghanis

One thousand Iranian Rial equal to 5.30 Afghanis

One thousand Indian Rupees equal to 1100 Afghanis
