The meeting was also attended by Michael McKinley, US ambassador in Kabul, the country’s Foreign Minister referred to his recent visit to Brussels, called his participation in the meeting of Foreign Ministers of NATO member states as “important” and “useful.”
He added that the continuing support of the international community to the government and the people of Afghanistan, especially the security and defense forces, will make the enemies despairing.
Also during the meeting, Olsen, referring to last week’s Quadrilateral meeting in Pakistan’s Islamabad, said “according to the results of the meeting discussed, the possibility of the next round of the meeting is felt in Kabul or Islamabad.”
Mr. Olsen added that, if the next meeting is going to be held, it should be held with full coordination to have tangible results.
