KABUL: (Middle East Press) A group of unidentified gunmen have kidnapped seven people from Farah-Heart Highway on Tuesday, says local officials.
According to officials, four of the abductees are reportedly Afghan security forces.
This is the third kidnapping incident within a month.
One kidnapping took place in Zabul province in which 30 passengers have been abducted by unknown gunmen.
The 2nd kidnapping occurred in Ghazni province after masked men kidnapped ten but later nine were freed while one is still in the custody of the militants.
No more details have been given regarding the Tuesday’s incident and that no group has so far claimed responsibility behind the kidnapping.
