63 Killed, 182 More Wounded in Kabul Wedding Blast
UPDATE; The Ministry of Interior (MoI) says the death toll from a suicide attack at a wedding in the PD6 of Kabul goes up to 63 dead and 182 injured.
A bloody blast occurred at 10:40 pm last night at Shahr-e-Dubai wedding hall on Faiz Mohammad Katib Road in Sixth Police District of Kabul city, Middle East Press reports.
The Ministry of Interior said the blast was a suicide bombing.
63 people, including women and children, were killed and 182 others were wounded in the incident, sources said.
The Interior Ministry has announced a serious investigation on the incident.
So far, no one or group has claimed responsibility for the incident, and the armed Taliban has strongly condemned the blast.
