KABUL: (Middle East Press) At least three people have lost their lives and nine others have been injured following a traffic accident in western Herat province.
The incident took place Monday afternoon in the jurisdiction of Korkh district, said Abdul Rawouf Ahmadi, spokesman for the governor of Herat province.
Ahmadi added that a civilian was traveling from Korkh district to the capital city of Herat which turned turtle on the way killing three civilians killed and nine others wounded.
The injured were transported to Herat Regional Hospital where the health condition of two persons were announced to be critical.
The three persons killed in the accident are two children and one man.
