The press office of Nangarhar issued a statement saying the operation was conducted in Laghar Joye area on Monday evening.
No civilians were hurt in the air-raid.
Operations and air strikes by US drones and Afghan security forces is one way of targeting Daesh positions in eastern Nangarhar province.
The development comes as two days before 19 Daesh terrorists along with two of their leaders had been killed following US drone attack in Achin district.
