Syria: US weapons obtained at headquarters of Daesh
The Syrian Defense Ministry issued a new report showing that the equipment and weapons obtained from the headquarters of the Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) terrorist group in several Syrian cities are part of an international coalition led by the United States.
Syrian Defense Ministry quoted (IRNA) as saying that weapons and ammunition manufactured by Western countries have been seized in different parts of Syria and found at the headquarters of the Daesh and other terrorist groups of the US-built weapons.
According to the Ministry, the arms embargo operations are carried out through companies in Eastern European countries that are linked to the security agencies of the United States and NATO countries through Turkey and Saudi Arabia, or European ports, or the Ram stein air base in Germany.
Missiles, rifles, guns, anti-aircraft and anti-tank weapons have been given to Daesh and Jabhat al-Nusra oil and gas wells in Iraq and Syria.
After the liberation of the eastern parts of Aleppo from the hands of the Jabhat al-Nusra and areas of Homs, Hamah and Deir ez-Zor from the Daesh terrorists, the Syrian army gained weapons and ammunition in the construction of Bulgaria and Eastern European countries in these regions.
These cases show that the United States, while claiming to fight terrorism, brings a variety of weapons to Daesh and other terrorist groups.
The report adds that the Israeli regime is also using the occupied territories of Syria to equip the Jabha al-Nusra and other terrorist groups to kill the Syrian people.
The Syrian Defense Ministry finally concluded that the geographical proximity and the lack of export controls provided good conditions for some countries to use the arms trade and US assistance in this regard, and the US also helped its allies to supply the weapons needed by the terrorist groups and provided modern weapons to ignite the crisis, And these weapons came to the hand of the terrorists of the Jabhat al-Nusra and Daesh and Washington is responsible for expanding the areas of influence of these terrorist groups.
