Nasrallah: Saudi Arabia is a source of insecurity and instability in the region

Lebanese Hezbollah leader Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah criticized Saudi Arabia for its insecurity and instability in the region.

Nasrallah on Sunday evening (October 8) at a ceremony said that “Saudi Arabia is blocking peace in Yemen, Bahrain, and Iraq, and Israel is also preventing stability in the region alongside Saudi Arabia.”

Hezbollah leader accused Saudi Arabia of sponsoring the Daesh (ISIL/ISIS) and al-Qaeda terrorist groups.

Nasrallah referred to Iran’s nuclear program and the nuclear accord between the powerful countries of the world and Iran added that “America’s problem with Iran is not a nuclear issue, but it wants to exert pressure on Tehran under the pretext of this issue.”

Nasrallah said that Iran’s resistance to the plans of the United States and Saudi Arabia is the main reason for the US to oppose Tehran.

Nasrallah also said that “US economic sanctions against Hezbollah will have no effect on the plans of the organization,” he pointed to the recent remarks by President Trump who had said that Iran’s support for Lebanon’s Hezbollah is imposing new sanctions on Tehran.

Hassan Nasrallah made the remarks in the program of the death of two of the commanders of the resistance, Ali Hadi Al-Aslak and Mohammad Hassan Nasseraddin.
